Joey, our Office Manager, is a graduate of LSU. He started work at our office in 2014. With over 20 years of experience in management, he oversees our day to day operations and can help with any questions concerning your bills, insurance, scheduling or treatment plans. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and sons, playing volleyball and working out.
Krystal, one of our scheduling coordinators, is one of the first faces you will see when you come into our office and one of the voices that will greet you when you call. As a local resident born and raised in St. Charles Parish, she loves the tight knit community and couldn’t imagine living anywhere else. When her nose isn’t in a good book, her free time is spent with her husband, Niko and her son, Owen and their dog, Korra. She loves to travel and as a graduate of LSU, she’s a huge tiger fan!
Mattie, one of our scheduling coordinators, is one of the first faces you will see when you come into our office and one of the voices that will greet you when you call. She will assist you through scheduling to make sure it is an easy, simple process. As a St. Charles Parish resident, and graduate of Southeastern Louisiana University, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Ben and son, Carter. In her free time, she looks forward to game nights and dinner with family and friends.
Jennifer, one of our scheduling coordinators, has worked in the dental field for over 10 years. She loves seeing all the beautiful kids that come into our office! In her free time she enjoys reading, talking, cooking and spending time with her two kids and husband.
Chianti, one of our assistants, has 20 years experience as an expanded duty dental assistant. She’s so proud to be working for Dr. Thorson and being a part of the Pediatric Dental team. It is very rewarding and it gives her the desire and satisfaction to give all that she can. The ability to help and interact with patients, getting positive feedback and fantastic results, gives her pride in her work. She couldn’t ask for a better dentist to work with! She’s a proud mother of 2 handsome sons and 1 beautiful daughter and Meme to 5 grandkids. She welcomes the opportunity to meet you and provide you with a wonderful and caring experience!
Jessica, one of our EDDA assistants, has over 13 years of experience in the dental field. She received her assistant diploma and radiology certification at Bryman College in 2003 and was salutatorian of her class. In 2006 she attended Greater Houston Dental Society where she became a registered dental assistant for the state of Texas. Missing her Louisiana roots (and her twin sister), she moved to St. Charles Parish in 2009. Jessica loves spending her time surrounded by family and friends. She spends most of her time with her handsome son, Carter and her beautiful daughter, Avie. She enjoys live music, being on the water and watching Saints and LSU football. She hopes to be able to travel in the future!
Jordan, one of our dental assistants, started her career here at Thorson Dentistry! Working with kids has always been a passion of hers. Being able to deliver the love and care that patients need brings joy to her heart. As someone who was born and raised in St. Charles Parish, she loves the small community and thinks it’s the perfect place to raise a family. In her spare time she loves spending time with friends and family, but especially with her daughter, Isabella. She enjoys taking her on walks through the neighborhood and going to the zoo.
Hannah started her dental assisting career here at Thorson Dentistry for Kids. She has lived in St. Charles parish for 2 years and she loves the mom and pop atmosphere. She’s always enjoyed helping others, so interacting with patients is a huge perk of the job! Hannah loves to go to brunch on the weekends with friends and tries to go to the beach every chance she gets. She is a wonderful addition to our team!
